RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Reservation Requests (IMPORTANT)

Submitting a reservation through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All reservations made via artee.ba are reservation requests only. Availability is checked manually by our team after receiving your request.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

  • availability is verified by Apartments Artee, and
  • the guest confirms the reservation via direct communication (WhatsApp, Viber, phone, or email).

Until this confirmation is completed, no reservation exists and Apartments Artee has no obligation to hold the apartment.


2. Communication & Confirmation

After submitting a reservation request:

  • our team will contact you using your selected communication method (WhatsApp, Viber, phone, or email),
  • availability and final details will be confirmed directly with you.

If the guest does not respond or confirm within a reasonable time, Apartments Artee reserves the right to release the dates without notice.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are indicative and subject to final confirmation.

Payment method, payment timing, and any required deposits will be agreed upon only after availability is confirmed and communicated directly to the guest.

No payment is processed at the time of submitting a reservation request.


4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation terms will be communicated during the confirmation process.

If a reservation is confirmed and the guest fails to arrive without notice (no-show), Apartments Artee reserves the right to charge applicable fees as previously agreed.


5. Number of Guests

The reservation is valid only for the number of guests stated in the confirmed reservation.

Additional unregistered guests are not permitted unless explicitly approved by Apartments Artee and may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay.


6. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated during reservation confirmation.

Self check-in instructions (if applicable) will be provided only after the reservation is confirmed.


7. Parking

Free private garage parking is offered subject to availability and apartment type.

  • One parking space per apartment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Apartments Artee is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in the parking area.

8. Liability

Apartments Artee shall not be held responsible for:

  • loss or damage of personal belongings,
  • injuries resulting from guest negligence,
  • disruptions caused by force majeure (power outages, water supply issues, natural events, etc.).

Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct during their stay.


9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data submitted through the reservation request form is used solely for reservation processing and guest communication.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a reservation request on this website, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Reservation Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

11. Guest Updates & Communication

By submitting a reservation request through our website, guests will be automatically subscribed to the Apartments Artee newsletter.  


- Purpose: Receive updates, offers, and important information related to Apartments Artee.  

- Automatic Enrollment: Newsletter subscription is included as part of the reservation request process.  

- Consent & Privacy: By submitting a reservation request, you agree to receive our newsletters and accept the data privacy statement.  

- Unsubscribe Option: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each newsletter.
